Our mediators
Our mediators have all been professionally trained by leading
national mediation organisations. All are members of the Association of
Welsh mediators.

David Gregson
David is a chartered surveyor and qualified biologist. He has extensive
experience in survey and valuation work for residential and commercial
properties. He has prepared and given technical evidence in a wide
variety of cases including land, building and planning disputes. He is a
practising member of the Academy of Experts through whom he gained his
mediation qualification in 2002.
Robin Kirby
Robin is a solicitor with Peter Davies, a litigation firm with offices
in Cowbridge and Cardiff. Robin’s caseload consists principally of land
and inheritance/ probate disputes. He also sits as a Deputy District
Judge (Civil Division) throughout South Wales. He undertook his
mediation training with ADR Group in 1996.
Kevin O'Brien
Kevin is a partner in John Collins & Partners LLP, Solicitors, heading the
commercial disputes team. He is recognised by Legal 500 as one of the
leading commercial dispute resolution practitioners in Wales. Kevin
trained as a mediator with ADR Group and is an accredited member of the
ADR Group panel of mediators. His mediation experience includes
commercial contract disputes, construction contracts, professional
negligence claims and land and boundary disputes.
John Roche
John is a solicitor in Pembroke Dock with experience in a wide range of
civil and commercial disputes. He has conducted many mediations over the
past six years and is a founder member of the Association of Welsh
mediators, for which he is a publicity officer. He is on both the Law
Society panel of Civil and Commercial mediators and the ADR Group panel.
John has mediated in all manner of venues from solicitors’ offices to
workingmen’s clubs and even farmyards.
Alan Sutton
Alan is a chartered engineer and surveyor who has been heavily involved
in civil litigation work for twenty years. He has given evidence in the
County Courts, High Court and Lands Tribunal and is a council member of
the Academy of Experts. He has been qualified as a mediator since 2002
having been trained by CEDR and the Academy of Experts. He has mediated
land, construction, probate and clinical negligence disputes.
